AIRPORT P/U PROCEDURES

To make sure our clients are receiving quick and on time service in and out of airports VIP LIMO adheres to the following procedures:

• Continuous monitoring of flights until the plane is on the ground, to keep you from having to pay waiting charges.
• Chauffeur will carry your ‘name sign’ and will greet you inside the airport at your flights baggage claim area (Executive Sedans only) or curbside where allowed.
• If you have trouble locating your driver, please call us immediately at phone 1-800-582-1371 so a dispatcher can facilitate a meeting point between you and the driver as soon as possible.
• After confirming that your plane is on the ground, 30 minutes of grace period is allowed for domestic flights and 40 minutes for international, and no waiting charges will be assessed until the expiration of grace period. Waiting charges are $12.50 per quarter of an hour or any fraction thereof.

If you have any trouble locating your driver please call our office immediately at toll free number 800.582.1371. Leaving the airport without notifying us will result in no-show charges which will be half of your fare amount.
