Airport Rates (Executive Sedans)

Whether you choose to be picked up from BWI airport in a limo or dropped off at Dulles airport in a sedan, we have the accommodations you require. Our fleet of luxury airport transportation vehicles includes Lincoln Town Cars, Mercedes S550s, stretch limousines, Escalades and Suburbans. Traveling in a group? We also offer executive van and mini bus transportation options.

A 15% gratuity will be added to total. An Airport fee of $10 will be charged for all trips originating from the airport.

Airport Pickup Procedures
To make sure our clients are receiving quick and on-time service in and out of airports, VIP LIMO adheres to the following procedures:

• Continuous monitoring of flights until the plane is on the ground, to keep you from having to pay waiting charges
• Chauffeur carries your 'name sign' and will greet you inside the airport at your flight's baggage claim area (executive sedans only) or curbside where allowed

Please note:

• If you have trouble locating your driver, please call us immediately at1-800-582-1371 so a dispatcher can facilitate a meeting point between you and the driver as soon as possible.
• After confirming that your plane is on the ground, 30 minutes of grace period is allowed for domestic flights and 40 minutes for international, and no waiting charges will be assessed until the expiration of grace period. Waiting charges are $12.50 per quarter of an hour or any fraction thereof.

If you have any trouble locating your driver, please immediately call our office toll free at 800.582.1371. Leaving the airport without notifying us will result in no-show charges which will be half of your fare amount.

Hourly Rates

VIP LIMO's hourly rates give you the control and flexibility to move around with great affordability. Make as many stops as you need and know exactly what your bill will be with a constant hourly rate.

Not valid for airport services. Hourly charges will commence from the arranged pickup time. Gratuity will be added to the total as following: Sedans, SUVs and Vans at 15%, Mini-Bus, Stretch-Limos and Mercedes at 20%.
